Shivan Bhatt

Shivan is responsible for managing the finance and operations of Guardian Management globally; including tax and compliance in the UK and Cayman Islands. He contributes to business development, investor relations, and marketing functions, whilst managing third-party relationships. Shivan also contributes to financial and operational due diligence into the market.

Shivan is an experienced chartered accountant and finance professional, his background is in financial reporting and tax for U.K. & U.S. corporates including high net worth clients. He has managed portfolios of clients for Grant Thornton LLP and Saffery Champness Chartered Accountants, in financial audit, tax and corporate advisory.

Shivan is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and Member of the Corporate Finance Faculty at the Institute of Chartered Accountants England and Wales. He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Cass Business School, London.
